ఉన్నావ్ కేసును ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్ కోర్టుకు బదిలీ చేస్తున్నట్లు ఉత్తర్ ప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి యోగి ఆదిత్యనాథ్ ప్రకటించారు. ఉన్నావ్ రేప్ కేసులో బాధితురాలు మృతి చెందడం బాధాకరమని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఈ ఘటనలో ఐదుగురు నిందితులను అరెస్టు చేయడం జరిగిందని గుర్తు చేశారు.

నిందితులుగా ఉన్న ఐదుగురికి శిక్ష పడుతుందని అంటున్నారు యూపీ డిప్యూటీ చీఫ్ మినిస్టర్ కేశవ్ ప్రసాద్. ఘటన జరగడం దురదృష్టకరమని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. బాధితురాలి కుటుంబ పరిస్థితిని అర్థం చేసుకోగలనని, నిందితులను వదలబోమని వారికి హామీనిస్తున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. తొందరలో వారికి శిక్ష పడే విధంగా కృషి చేస్తామని తెలిపారు. 90 శాతం కాలిన గాయాలతో యువతి 2019, డిసెంబర్ 06వ తేదీ రాత్రి కన్నుమూసింది.

ఈ ఘటనపై యూపీ న్యాయశాఖ మంత్రి బ్రజేష్ పాఠక్ స్పందించారు. గత 11 నెలల్లో 86 అత్యాచారాల నివేదికలపై రాజకీయం చేయకూడదని సూచించారు. నిందితులు ఎంతటి వారైనా సరే..విడిచిపెట్టేది లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. తాము కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామన్నారాయన. బాధితురాలు మృతి చెందడం బాధాకరమన్నారు. కేసును ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్‌కు తీసుకెళుతామని, రోజువారీగా విచారించాలని తాము కోరుతామన్నారు.

బాధితురాలు మృతి చెందడంతో కుటుంబసభ్యులు తీవ్ర విషాదంలో మునిగిపోయారు. నిందితులను ఉరి తీయాలని కోరుకుంటున్నామని తండ్రి వెల్లడించాడు. కేసును సాగతీయవదన్నారు. తమ మధ్య సోదరి లేదని వాపోయాడు సోదరుడు. నిందితులను కఠినంగా శిక్షించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశాడు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో దిశ నిందితుల ఎన్ కౌంటర్‌పై పోలీసులపై ప్రశంసలు కురుస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. పోలీసుల చర్య సాహసోపేతమైందని యూపీ మంత్రి, బీజేపీ లీడర్ అతుల్ గార్గ్ వెల్లడించారు. ఫాస్ట్ ట్రాక్ కోర్టులో ఐదుగురు నిందితులకు ఎలాంటి శిక్ష పడుతుందో వేచి చూడాలి.
