రేపే డెడ్‌లైన్.. GST పోర్టల్ క్రాష్ : పన్నుదారుల ఆందోళన

జీఎస్టీ పోర్టల్ క్రాష్ అయింది. జీఎస్టీఆర్-3బి రిటర్న్ ఫాం సమర్పించే గడువు తేదీకి ఒకరోజే సమయం ఉంది. ఇంతలో జీఎస్టీ పోర్టల్ ఒక్కసారిగా మెరాయించింది. జీఎస్టీ డెడ్‌లైన్ లోగా రిటర్న్స్ దాఖలు చేయాల్సి ఉండగా, పోర్టల్ క్రాష్ కావడంతో వేలాది మంది పన్నుదారులు ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొన్నారు. పన్నుదారులు తమ జీఎస్టీ రిటర్న్స్ దాఖలు చేయలేక పోవడంతో ట్విట్టర్ వేదికగా పన్నుదారులు ఫిర్యాదులు చేశారు. జీఎస్టీ రిటర్న్స్ దాఖలు చేయలేకపోయామని ఫిర్యాదులు చేశారు.
మంగళవారం (నవంబర్ 19, 2019) జీఎస్టీ పోర్టల్ పై ఒక మెసేజ్ దర్శనమిచ్చింది. ‘ఈ అసౌకర్యానికి చింతిస్తున్నాం. జీఎస్టీ సిస్టమ్‌లో ఏదో సమస్య తలెత్తింది. కమ్యూనికేట్ కాలేక పోతున్నాం. మీ సహనం ప్రశింసదగినది’ అంటూ మెసేజ్ ఉంది. సాంకేతిక లోపం తలెత్తడంతో జీఎస్టీ పోర్టల్ మొరాయించింది. సరిగా ఓపెన్ కాకపోవడంతో గంటల కొద్ది వేచి చూడలేక పన్నుదారులు అసహనం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
డెడ్ లైన్ ప్రకారం.. పన్నుదారులు GSTR-3B నెలవారీ రిటర్న్ ఫాంలను బుధవారం (నవంబర్ 20, 2019)నాటికి ఫైల్ చేయాల్సి ఉంది. ఒక రోజు మాత్రమే సమయం ఉంది. ఇలోగా జీఎస్టీ రిటర్న్స్ దాఖలు చేసేందుకు ప్రయత్నించినా ఫలితం లేకపోయింది. జీఎస్టీ రిటర్న్స్ దాఖలు గడువు తేదీన పొడిగింపుపై కూడా ప్రభుత్వం ఎలాంటి ప్రకటన చేయలేదు. దీంతో పన్నుదారులు ట్విట్టర్ వేదికగా తమ అసహనాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ట్విట్టర్‌లో #GSTR3B అనే హ్యాష్ ట్యాగ్ ట్రెండింగ్ అవుతోంది. సోషల్ మీడియా ప్లాట్ ఫాంపై చాలామంది యూజర్లు జీఎస్టీ పోర్టల్ స్ర్కీన్ షాట్ తీసి ట్విట్టర్‌లో షేర్ చేస్తున్నారు.
నెలవారీ GSTR3B రిటర్న్ ఫైల్ చేయలేకపోతున్నాం. వెబ్ సైట్ డౌన్ అయింది. రేపే చివరి తేదీ. ప్రతినెలా ఇదే స్టోరీ నడుస్తోంది అంటూ @nsitharaman @PMOIndia @narendramodi ట్యాగ్ చేశాడో యూజర్. ప్రతినెలా 19th, 20th తేదీలు చెత్తరోజులువి. ఎన్నిసార్లు లాగిన్ అయిన ఫలితం లేదు. ఈ పరిస్థితి రోజుంతా అలానే ఉంటోంది #GSTR3B అంటూ హ్యాష్ ట్యాగ్ చేశాడో మరో యూజర్. ఇలా ఒక్కొక్కరూ పన్నుదారులు తమ అసహనాన్ని ట్విట్టర్ వేదికగా వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

So #GSTR3B is trending because people trying to file monthly gstr3b can not file the return. Website is down. Tomorrow is last day and every month it’s the same story. @nsitharaman @PMOIndia @narendramodi please instruct GSTN to fix the problem.

The Department is incompetent to provide better portal, then better to allow taxpayers to file their return offline as well. Why should taxpayers suffer just because of @cbic_india incompetency !#GSTR3B
