కింగ్ ఛార్లెస్ పట్టాభిషేకం (King Charles III Coronation) ముందు లండన్ లో వేల్స్ చర్చి ఆధ్వర్యంలో క్రిస్టియన్ సాంప్రదాయ పద్ధతుల్లో ఊరేగింపు జరిగింది. రాజుల కాలంలో సామ్రాజ్యంలోని ప్రజలు రాజుల ఊరేగింపులను రోడ్ల పక్కన నిలబడి చూసేవారు. ఇప్పుడు కూడా యూకే ప్రజలు రోడ్ల పక్కన నిలబడి ఈ అద్భుత దృశ్యాలను చూశారు. 70 ఏళ్లలో జరుగుతోన్న మొదట ఊరేగింపు ఇది.
ఇంగ్లండ్‌లోని వెస్ట్‌మిన్‌స్టర్ చర్చిలో నుంచి కింగ్ చార్లెస్, ఆయన భార్యామణి కామిల్లా పార్కెర్ బంగారు రథం “గోల్డ్ స్టేట్ కోచ్”లో బకింగ్‌హామ్ ప్యాలెస్ వరకు వెళ్లారు. ఈ రథం 260 ఏళ్ల క్రితం నాటిది. బ్రిటిష్ రాజు, రాణిల పట్టాభిషేక మహోత్సవ ఊరేగింపు కోసం దీన్ని 1831 నుంచి ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారు.
